HP Pavilion 13-s128nr x360 maybe can said the best touch screen laptops made by HP. It is a PC with a touch screen that very responsive. It automatically converts mood tablet when the screen upside down.
This laptop has a good value for those who want a mid-range Windows 10 system with touch screen full HD 1920x1080. However there are good and bad in this laptop, although in general it can be said best touch screen laptop:
Pro:
HP Pavilion x360 13T offers excellent performance for the price and impressive audio, in a very flexible, 13.3-inch design.
The HP Pavilion 13-s128nr x360 has a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS screen with a hinge unfamiliar multimode functional. So far, we can say HP Pavilion x360 is the answer to Lenovo's Yoga line, but with the latest energy-saving Skylake (6th Generation) Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of memory and 128 Solid State drive that promises faster boot speeds and a few design tweaks. It feels like a premium product that will make fans happy convertible, with sufficient processing power, sleek design and touchscreen experience for Windows 10 (Home), which is already installed in the system.
If you're looking for an alternative 13-inch for our Editors' Choice Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-B5224 or even HP - x360 Spectre, it's not a bad system but does not lead the pack, either.
The Pavilion x360 combines premium construction and features of the Pavilion line with a convertible-hybrid design that combines a laptop and tablet functions. This is done by cribbing from the best, multimode mimic hinge line of Lenovo Yoga, which uses the dual-axis design for open and folded around into a tablet. As another convertible laptop with this kind of dual-hinge flip-same mechanism design including Lenovo Yoga 3 and the Dell XPS 11 -the Pavilion, 13-s128nr can be used in several different modes: Notebook, Stand, Tent Display and Tablet.
Main Feature Very Impressive
The HP Pavilion x360 13-s128nr is equipped with the Generation 6 (Skylake released in August 2015) Intel Core i5-6200U Processor 2.3 GHz (2.8 GHz Turbo), the same CPU seen on Lenovo Flex 3 15 with Windows 10. The laptop also has 8GB of memory, which is coupled with a fast and energy-efficient processor, which adds up to quite a good performance in most applications. The combination of the latest processor and memory x360 Pavilion put on par with some of the newer systems such as the Dell Inspiron i7559-763BLK, designed specifically for gamers and are equipped with superior quality as the larger 256GB SSD, FHD IPS screen and more importantly dedicated NVIDIA GeForce card game GTX 960m with 4GB of GDDR5 memory. For storage, there are 128 GD Solid State Drive (SSD) for faster boot times and performance.
Like most hybrid convertible laptop we've seen, Pavilion 13-s128nr rely on the integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 up to 4052MB total graphics memory, which is more than adequate for Web browsing and streaming media, but struggles when dealing with 3D games. If you need a gaming rig, 2-in-1 may not be suitable, maybe you can check out gaming rigs such conventional Nitro Acer Aspire V15 with 16GB memory. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960m card games combined with a 1TB (5400 rpm) hard drive for storage and a further 256 GB solid-state drive. Predictably, the Pavilion x360 falls short of the premium competitor Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-B5224, but also other convertible hybrids, such as the Dell XPS 12, which offers an Intel Core i7 processor instead of a Core i5 processor.
Good Presentation
With true 1080p display, touch screen works perfectly when projecting or mirroring. 360-degree flexible double hinge is a good idea. Traditional tablets and convertible with a removable screen are lighter but uncomfortable when standing on the podium (speaking to a large audience) or sit next to a person (face-to-face):
Pavilion x360 has a slim, tapered design that looks very similar to other HP laptops, including HP Spectre 13T. But while the tapered edges help the look and feel thinner laptop when closed, which also means that the second part was not flush laptop close when folded back into Tablet mode, leaving a gap between the two parts that are not comfortable to hold. A 13-inch tablet is as heavy as it was, but with the addition of a gap around the edges and overhangs of two parts, it's really not a big as a handheld device.
The laptop comes with three USB ports (one USB 2.0, two USB 3.0), HDMI-out port, SD card reader and headset combo jack. For networking, this laptop has both Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 4.0 for couples with wireless headsets and peripherals. In the previous model HP ENVY 15t, we see the additional features Miracast, protocol wireless media streaming is similar to Wi-In that lets you content beam HD to HDTVs Miracast-enabled without the need for an HDMI cable though it is not clear if we'll see the same thing in Pavilion 13-s128nr Model x360. HP claims that the system can offer up to 11 hours and 45 minutes (probably due to energy-saving processors Skylake), we just hope that it adds up because it will be a big plus for such a system is feasible because most competitors offer a maximum of 6-8 hours of battery life.

Pro:
- 13.3-inch screen laptop perfect size
- has the strong performance of the competition;
- Tablet Mode is great for presentations and to read books online
- chassis easily converted;
- clear audio;
- Equipped with Windows 10 Professional pre-installed, which is better than Windows 10 Home
- attractive design with multimode functionality convertible.
- Strong 6 Gen. Intel Core i5 processor (Skylake). Almost a full day of battery life.
- stiff touchpad;
- Some colors do not make good on display
- Screen is a tad bit shiny and will show fingerprints from touching the screen, can be easily fixed wiping with a soft cloth and do not bother looking at the screen unless you are sitting outside in the sun
- Requires the removal of the keyboard to replace the SSD if you want more storage. I have a professional do it.

- When preparing PowerPoint and graphics editing, I'm in a traditional laptop mode. If the practice while pacing the floor, was folded into tablet mode so that it can move with the right hand. On the podium, either the portrait orientation or landscape orientation (see the section on the page, but the text is very large). To-face, the standby mode (keyboard flat on the table and the screen folded back) is better; the keyboard is out of the way and all keys are disabled.
- SSD. After installing the full Microsoft Office 365 (Office 2016) and cleared a junkware, so it still has about 83 GB of free space.
